Finance Officer

The Finance Officer performs and co-supervises financial, and accounting services and provides technical support to the Manager in order to fulfill the financial, regulatory and administrative requirements of the Finance section.

1. Accurately enter and process customer invoices in the accounting system.
2. Review all invoices carefully to ensure they are free from errors before posting.
3. Verify that every invoice is supported by complete and proper documentation.
4. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and supporting documents.
5. Prepare and issue customer account statements on a regular basis.
6. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Prepare, calculate, and maintain customer tax records in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
9. Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding billing and account-related matters.
10. Monitor outstanding balances and support collection follow-ups when required.
11. Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
12. Process and record payments, and receipts
13. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
14. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking
16. Maintain organized and accurate financial records
17. Must be QuickBooks desktop professional.

2. Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a production company
3. Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
4. At least 2-3 years related experience in Finance/Accounting and should have experience in manufactory industry.
5. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills
8. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
