Admin Officer

1. Propose and implement effective and transparent procurement procedure and processes in the company.
2. Ensure that the quality of purchased goods/material is as per the requirement and that the prices are compatible.
3. Take care for bulk purchases with good quality and reasonable prices as and when required.
4. Ensure that the conditions of the company’s properties/buildings are OK and the required maintenance is done on time and professionally.
5. Look after that company’s vehicles are maintained properly and utilized for the official purposes of the company only.
6. Assist the management in identifying and renting of premises for the company’s new offices or branches.
7. Set goals and deadlines for the employees working in Administration department.
8. Prepare and review reports as and when required by the management.
9. Establish and maintain professional & credible relations with vendors/contractors/suppliers,
10. Oversee and control the required quotations for bulk-purchases and advises the management accordingly.
11. Analyse internal processes; recommend and implement procedural and/or policy changes to improve operations, such as purchasing, supply of goods, construction, stocks, keeping of records, Hostel etc.
12. Supervise and coordinate (internal) shifting/movements of assets, goods and premises.
13. Lead and manage the service personnel of the company (including drivers, cleaners, etc).
14. Make sure that the company Hostel are well maintained and equipped with necessary appliances.
15. Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, generators, heating/cooling system, equipment of the electrical and mechanical systems in coordination with technical and electrical and plumping team.
16. Registering and taking inventory of the company’s stock, assets & properties.
17. Other job-related duties as assigned by the management.

1. University degree in Management or Administration.
2. 6-8 years experience related to Administration or logistic fields.
3. High levels of energy and enthusiasm
4. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
5. Highly customer oriented with ability to be responsive.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as Afghan local languages and computer literacy.
8. Flexible in working hours and working on off-days.
9. Professional, honest and disciplined.
