Receptionist

Baheer Group is seeking a vibrant, professional, and reliable Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.

1. First point of contact for the Baheer Group.
2. He is responsible for the issuance of gate passes and the registration of new company assets/items
3. Authorizing and issuing official documents (paper or digital) that allow goods, vehicles, or people to enter or exit the company premises.
4. Recording and updating the company's log book whenever new items (materials, equipment, tools, furniture, etc.) are received into the company or out from Baheer Group premises
5. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
6. Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
7. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
8. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
9. Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis.
10. Keep good record of employees and goods gate passes into BG.
11. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
12. Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
13. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone to all factory visitors
14. Other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

1. Minimum High School Diploma.
2. Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in administrative or secretarial roles in a mid-level organization or receptionist, front desk helper.
3. Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. A positive, honest, and quick-learning attitude
6. Being accurate, professional and objective in the assigned.
7. Fluent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Afghan local languages as well as in English is MUST.
8. Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
9. Ability to work easily and effectively with a wide range of people, businessman in industrial parks.
10. Able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
11. Readiness to work flexible hours on work days as well as on weekends as needed.
12. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
13. Good computer literacy (especially in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
14. Well-presented and professional attitude.
15. Ability to work with minimum supervision and to prioritize tasks.
