Cashier

We are searching for a well-organized Cashier to join our growing team. As Cashier, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the Finance manager, which may Managing and Maintaining Physical Cash inside the factory.    

•  Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
•  Collect payments slips. By Serial Number
•  Issue receipts of cash and payment vouchers
•  Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
•  Ensures that expenses are accounted to appropriate accounts.
•  Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval.
•  Reconcile Cash on a daily basis.
•  Verify the cash amount of the transaction.
•  Verify that documentation date and other data submitted to Finance for payment is approved and complete for processing.
•  Perform daily cash count for all currencies with the Finance Manager
•  Record payment vouchers daily in the cash and bank sub-journals.
•  Keep tricking Opening and Closing balances of cash on daily basis.
•  Preparing daily cash combine report for audit.
•   Keep maintaining of Cash Book for All Currencies on daily base

• Diploma from high school; bachelor’s degree recommended.
• Effective in communicating.
• Strong mathematical, financial, and money management abilities.
• Calculation Capabilities.
• Proficient in English, Pashto, and Dari.
• The ability to analyze data to decipher messages.
• Customer relationship management and service skills.
• Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• 2 or 3-years’ Experience in Banking and Cash
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
• Familiarity with cash desk equipment, such as point-of-sale (POS) machines, scanners, cash drawers, etc., is desirable
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
