We are looking for skilled sales & marketing officers to provide first-class service to our clients and to push the sales of a certain product.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high level of communication with customer regarding status of their order and other similar product.
Analyse the connections requirements of existing customers and new customers
Liaise with customers to clarify customer requirements
Ensure that all relevant information has been gathered before quotations are requested from
circuit suppliers, to meet agreed timescales
Handle queries from
customers and colleagues about the solutions identified and the costs involved
Maintain accurate and detailed
records including input to the central database facility
Support the team manager with other activities relating to queries from customers.
Collect customer feedback for review by team manager.
Other job-related duties as assigned by the management.
Skill & Experience
Bachelor degree in business, administration or marketing..
1-2 years experience in sales field. Past experience in Manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
Fluent in Afghan local languages as well as English.
Good negotiator and strong influence skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
Must possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with proven effectiveness in both areas.
Knowledge of local market and local contacts.
Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or solve the problem.
