Finance Officer

The Finance Officer performs and co-supervises financial, and accounting services and provides technical support to the Manager in order to fulfill the financial, regulatory and administrative requirements of the Finance section.

1. Enter financial transactions into QuickBooks Desktop software
2. Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts
3. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
4. Reconcile bank statements and financial records
5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
7. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking
9. Maintain organized and accurate financial records
10. any other task will be assigned by the management

1. Proven experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a production company
2. Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
3. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
