Construction Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in industrial construction projects, including industrial hangars, heavy-duty structures, and machine foundations. The candidate will be responsible for complete site supervision, supplier and contractor coordination, cost control, documentation, and asset management.

1. Supervise construction of industrial buildings, hangars, machine foundations, and company facilities.
2. Monitor daily attendance and performance of construction workers and ensure proper workers’ facilities on site.
3. Strictly supervise site activities to maintain quality standards and safety compliance.
4. Coordinate with construction material suppliers; review market prices and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
5. Oversee material arrivals, verify quantities, and inspect material quality.
6. Measure and calculate constructed areas and quantities in coordination with contractors and masons.
7. Prepare daily wage sheets and maintain computerized records of labor payments.
8. Prepare detailed quantity calculations, supplier and contractor ledgers, and final payment statements.
9. Coordinate with the finance department regarding laborers, contractor and suppliers payments, and outstanding balances.
10. Draft construction contracts and agreements with suppliers and contractors.
11. Prepare and draft drawings using AutoCAD; review and approve drawings submitted by suppliers and contractors.
12. Manage and safeguard company construction assets, tools, and equipment.
13. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and overall construction progress.

1. Master or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Proven experience in industrial construction projects, especially industrial hangars and machine foundation works.
3. 5 years of professional relevant experiences.
4. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel structures, and heavy industrial construction.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel).
6. Strong negotiation, contract drafting, supervision, and cost-control skills.
7. Ability to manage site operations, documentation, and financial coordination independently.
